Subconscious Reprogramming for Personal Growth and Mental Health

Subconscious reprogramming is the fastest approach I know for shifting treatment resistant “mental health” stuff including depression, anxiety, attachment trauma as well as any and all deeply engrained thought, feeling, or behavior patterns/ habits.

It is always important to listen to and understand what our “challenge” is telling us. That being said, sometimes we can get stuck and it is no longer healthy to pick the scab. We have understood and learned what we needed to, for now (or forever?), and we come into contact with the voice of that which we want to Create for ourselves, and in our lives.

Even if we have not yet done the work of listening to our “challenge” or “mental health issue” (sometimes known as “Shadow work”) my specific approach to subconscious reprogramming offers the option for some initial sessions where you and I can engage in this process. In these initial sessions I guide you to the root of the problem in a targeted, directive, and intense process, like ripping off a bandaid. Once we get to the core of the issue, we can identify what exactly needs to be included in the subconscious reprogramming session. When traditional therapy might circle around the issue for years, this approach gets right to the sore spot to pull out the thorn, and as such accelerates healing.

Rather than going off on the old hamster wheels and tsunamis of anxiety, depression, people pleasing, “stuck”ness, insert your “challenge,” we choose the subconscious reprogramming track when we are ready to identify exactly what automatic soundtrack we want to program into our thoughts and feelings.

This approach isn’t only for those who want to accelerate a healing process, it is also for those who have a clear sense of who they want to be and what they want to Create in their lives. Subnconscious reprogramming puts fuel on the flame towards reaching one’s vision (as long as the vision is clear). If the vision is not clear, part of my approach is to support uncovering the vision, using “challenges” and “blocks” as the keys.


My approach to subconscious reprogramming…

INITIAL SESSIONS

Identifying the desired “soundtrack.” Anywhere between 1 – 10 sessions. The amount of sessions depends on the intensity and severity of the “challenge” or how unclear you may or may not be on what you want to Create within yourself and in your life. We can even skip this part for those of you who already know what you want. For those who don’t know, I help you figure it out by using your “challenge” as the guide. I know how to help you hear what your “challenge” is telling you about what you want and need.

Throughout these initial session(s) I write a script inspired by our conversation(s).  The script includes custom affirmations and very specific types of guided visualizations that connect you to what it is you want/need, to your wise place within, your vision, and what you want to Create in your life. Affirmations target thought, while visualizations target emotion. In some sessions you have the option to read through and edit the script.

In contrast to traditional psychotherapy that might explore the origins of your depression, axiety, trauma, “challenge” in great detail and length (in a process that can take years)- these sessions are intense and cut right to the root of the issue.

Once I have total clarity on what we want to support you in Creating within yourself and in your life, we schedule the “Reprogramming Session.”


REPROGRAMMING SESSION

During this session I guide you into a meditative state. Why a meditative state? Because the subconscious mind is most susceptible to being reprogrammed when we are in the liminal space between asleep and awake. Once in the meditative state, I guide you through a 30 – 45 minute journey or experience. At some point I read you your script. You leave this session with a 30-45 minute recording.


THE 30 DAY COMMITMENT

You commit to listening to your recording every morning (and even throughout the day) for 30 days. You can listen to the recording while you get dressed, while you brush your teeth, while you go through your morning routine. It does not even require you to sit for a meditation. Just slip in the headphones and let it be a part of your morning flow.

Why do you commit to these 30 days?

You commit because you want to be intentional about what you are listening to when your subconscious mind is paying the most attention to you. When we wake up in the morning, before we even get to the bathroom- in those first moments whatever we think, hear, take in hits our system on a deep level. Also, right before we fall asleep- same thing. Knowing this, we can be intentional and conscious about what we are listening to during these deeply influential times of day.  

Every client I have worked with who committed to listening to the recording every morning for 30 days has experienced a noticeable change. This approach is not for everyone. It is for those who can commit to listening to the recording every morning for 30 days.


FINAL SESSIONS

During your 30 day commitment you and I meet 2-4 times (depending on need) to process any shifts/ questions/ insights/ etc. You leave the experience with greater insight, movement towards where you want to be, and tools to further deepen this work on your own.


INVESTMENT

$350 per session. Sometimes scholarships are available :) Depending on individual need, subconscious reprogramming can take anywhere between 3-15 sessions. You and I can decide how many sessions feels right for you in either our first session or in a free 15-30 minute phone consult.
