A DAY-LONG KABBALISTIC RETREAT in old jaffo…
Kabbalah teaches that our Hebrew names carry a roadmap to our Soul purpose. Through lecture, discussion, Kabbalistic meditation, art-making/journaling, and cultivating the wisdom of the group mind… we deepen in our understanding of our Hebrew names to unlock a deeper layer of who we are meant to become.
A 3-MONTH COURSE in old jaffa…
We are an intimate group of 10 people that meet in person in Old Jaffa once a week to explore the 3 stages of the Awakening journey (that is both linear and a spiral🌀). We turn to some of the most powerful psychologies and wisdom traditions (ranging from Jungian Psychology to Kabbalah) to guide us through these stages. As we engage with the teachings experientially (discussion, journaling, art making, meditation, ceremony, and even one out-door adventure) each individual will heal from mental/ emotional blocks in order to unlock inner wisdom, authenticity, and soul.

“Awakening: The Story” guides us towards the phoenix rising from the ashes that the years 2020+ left behind. The details of my healing and awakening will be different than yours but the general plot points are the same. We are all living different stories, we are all living the same stories. Join me in OUR personal and collective awakening through narrative, poetry, illustrations, psychology, mysticism, and a conversation with over 80 sources ranging from Carl Jung to Mary Oliver.
