🐹 Class 1. We access The Witness (aka: Self, Conscious Awareness, Daat- different psychological and spiritual traditions have different names for this state). This is the higher state of consciousness that can dis-identify from subconscious programming and can, over the course of 3-months, learn how to direct the self-healing and awakening process.
🐹 Class 2. Untangling societal, familial, and personal values from one another. How do I know when it’s my Soul or another part of me talking?
🐹 Class 3. Getting out of Our Own Way. Identifying subconscious programming, Core Wounds, and specific target areas for healing. Playing in the liminal space of archetype, imagery, meditation, and mythology for healing. Introducing our Shadow parts to the parts of us that can meet their needs.
🐹 Class 4. Fine-turning skills from last week. Connecting more deeply to Inner Wisdom/ Soul.
🌳 Class 5. Moving Through the Unknown as a Critical Developmental Period on the path to reaching psychological adulthood, and later on, elderhood.
🌳 Class 6. Nature as Teacher and Guide. We meet at the beach.
🌳 Class 7. Uncovering Soul Lessons in our Core Wounds.
🌳 Class 8 Spontaneous Creation and Play. Life is a Game, You Make the Rules.
🎨 Class 9. Connecting to and embodying our Higher Selves integrating the information we uncovered to this point. We also learn the Kabbalistic perspective on what our Highest Selves are as well as Kabbalistic techniques to connect.
🎨 Class 10. Guided imagery journey to uncover a vision for our lives rooted in authenticity and soul (rather than ego). Spiritual principles for manifestation and capitol C Creation of the vision.
🎨 Class 11. Accountability session to process how has the manifestation process been going? Working together to work out the kinks.
🎨 Class 12. Closing circle. We sit in ceremony to honor the inner work accomplished over the past 3 months. We look back on our journey, identify our growth to this point, the ways we intend to continue to grow, and ways to continue this work now that the course is over.

Attendence:
Space is limited to 10 participants. We meet in person in Jaffo. Class recordings are available for missed sessions, however showing up in person is a big part of what will allow us to co-create a sacred and intimate container together, so it is highly encouraged to attend most classes, if not all.
investment:
444 NIS per month, which comes out to 111 NIS per class. Scholarships are available.
